lol that was an unexpected plot twist with the doc :D
that's both funny and sad to read a complaining comment that it's a ridiculous case as no one kidnaps for ransom anymore nowadays, it was posted in 2016 btw & recollect a recent BBC article about a famous host's mum being kidnapped but accidently killed before the criminals got their ransom money and for that they 'sincerely apologized'🤬
In one of the previous endings, Ai was giving Conan such a longing look that I suspect she's just jealous. O_o If I'm right, that's even worse, though I sincerely hope I'm mistaken. :( I don't need that kind of drama. T_T
Putting my emotions aside, her advice could be valid. Perhaps, in some situations, people are less heartbroken when they sever all ties completely—out of sight, out of mind. BUT that's absolutely impossible in their case because she'll keep calling & texting him, asking for his impeccable deductions. <3 They were never distant enough to justify her rude interference.
Btw, it was a tad soothing to see Conan actually call her "rude" to her face. Attaboy! She needed to be brought down a peg or two. 〴⋋_⋌〵
mmm what an unexpected, sweet declaration of love😍 Though I'm still mad at Ran & her dumb, overemotional outbreak (－‸ლ) she wasn't worth of his romantic words, sigh. Anyway, I'm utterly impressed with Shinichi--to quell her hysteria with those smart, cheesy lines🥰I've lost count of how many times I've thought he's extremely witty yet he still leaves me in awe🥰
Being so smitten with that shrewd guy, I'm even more elated whenever his dad appears (●♡∀♡) who seems even more intelligent when it already feels impossible to surpass Shinichi's level of brilliance :D
sigh, that antidote's effect wore off too fast T_T I wish I could enjoy his adult form more😍

He sacrifices that precious pill because of her. It's so rare that we get to see him in his normal form, and that numskull just wastes that once-in-a-blue-moon opportunity to spend time with him. O_o
The reason she's mad and offended is so stupid that I'm speechless. 🤬 She's the one acting illogically, yet she blames him for being a bad detective because he can't understand her. That's just dumb and cheesy.
Besides, I don't believe her feelings are that complicated for him to decipher. 🤨 He's busy doing his best to stop a mass murder, but suuuure... she doesn't care. Her selfish behavior is absolutely infuriating! (｀□′)╯┴┴
Honestly, all that silly drama completely ruined the initial joy of the London sightseeing for me. <3
I've visited the Sherlock Holmes Museum myself so I was as thrilled as Conan, it's always fun to walk down the memory lane reliving those pleasant emotions🥰
And even a glimpse of grown-up Shinichi is always appreciated <3
All that Conan's preaching at the end of the cases sounds esp hypocritical recollecting similar situations when he's far from being an innocent kid himself🤨
On a separate note, Dr Agasa who just abandoned them on the road is something else too🫣
The trick seemed impossible to crack, so I was really engrossed with the story😍
In contrast to hysterical Ran when things become even slightly supernatural :D it's so relaxing to see Conan never doubting logic, always so level-headed I fall for him even more every time it happens🥰
As for the culprit T_T once again I felt how people can perceive reality extremely differently. For me it was such a petty motive to kill so many relatives. I'm often heart-broken when I see criminals confess & reveal their reasons but this time my heart didn't react at all. Rationally I can accept his reasoning but...
Anyway I'm happy that easy-going girl was not the bad one (I was suspicious at some point). I hope she will be able to save that place indeed, at least for the sake of that incredible old woman who was just bedridden unconscious all these episodes long but I'm really impressed what a caring, clever woman she was😍 Perhaps too much if that twisted guy was moved sm he started killing. Some ppl just stop thinking straight T_T but when they start acting that way it's disastrous :(
Here the ending was the best part😍 all those happily blushing girls with their unique White Day gifts were heartwarming <3 That teacher is the luckiest one, though :D

I wanted to ignore that failure of a cop and a woman but I need to get it out of my system ⋋_⋌ So, that afterimage of her being a hysterical, unfair bitch when she demanded not to say his name again stopped her form telling the truth & therefore thorough investigation of what had happened O_O Instead of admitting & apologizing for her overemotional outburst (it would be a mature thing to do but welp it's Jodie sensei (－‸ლ)) she keeps lying & just dismissing that important detail O_O And she IS an FBI agent (｀□′)╯┴┴
& jeez, it turns out she's his ex-girlfriend O_o what an unpleasant twist :( I've never been her fan but now she's even more insufferable :( All the episode long she's been so annoying ⋋_⋌ First, overreacting & taking all her frustration out on her colleague (－‸ლ) then shouting his real name in the crowd (－‸ლ) lying to her boss why she's there, I don't even want to mention that robbery case (－‸ლ) whiny, infuriating, incompetent broad 🤬
An intense though kinda obvious but still quite enjoyable case👌

It was a tad healing to see lots of other comments on mal with complaints about this change, at least I'm not alone suffering here :((( I do agree that destroyed Kogoro's image completely. hmmm maybe I should start believing that he's actually matured😮 and is about to act like a competent private eye, father, husband AND adult, lol :D I'll give this idea a try🤔

At least I'm glad the man is alive and, I hope, in good health but the reason is such a letdown :( I wish they could have found a solution, what a waste to let him go :(( In September 2009, Kamiya announced on his blog that he would no longer be playing Kogoro because of "contract-related problems." 🤬 The frustrating thing is that the full story was never officially explained in detail :(((
Never before have I felt so sad about the change of a voice actor :(
Also, I can't believe he just couldn't wipe off that lipstick smudge, lol🤨
And mmm it's truly intriguing if that smart guy is really from the BO🥰 all those hints seem too obvious...
And then I watch this episode :((( it felt esp heartbreaking to imagine what she had to go through after that affair, I really sympathized with her grief BUT that sudden final plot twist 😳 oh my😱 what a tragic irredeemable blunder😭
Communication is the key! If only she had been open with him or he hadn't played any weird games, sigh. In this world full of infidelity & deceit when ppl in love destroy their happiness because of silly misunderstanding it feels esp upsetting 😞
Poor Ran, though T_T This show has too many great couples who love each other, deserve to be together but can't for some stupid reasons :(( kinda frustrating😒 welp, the focus of the story isn’t really on that, so i get it but some romantic development would be truly appreciated, at least for some of them🙏
